Requirements: Son or grandson of a service member. A passion to support Veterans causes and contribute back to the community.
Meetings: 7pm, the first Wednesday of every month, at the Hayfield Legion. We encourage members to attend each monthly meetings. Some members volunteer and don’t attend meetings. Others attend meetings when they can.
Dues: $15 a year
Effort: All participation is voluntary, but we hope members can participate regularly. As the flag project has grown, we’ve needed more and more members’ help to put up and take down the flags in a reasonable time. The Bingo season is easier when the load is distributed across a bigger group and the same people don’t have to work more than three nights.
